Default Stereo and rear main seal

Hey there I am haveing an issue getting my stock stereo working in my 2000 slt blazer. I have tried replaceing all the related fuses, pulled the stereo out and checked the wiring harness was plugged in... I get power it goes through the radio stations, i have full display, however no sound coming out of any of the speakers. Not even distortion. I have checked the speakers are still there... there was a second port for something in the back of the deck, i will upload a picture soon.. If anyone has any idea what that might be and or how to fix it I would appreciate any comments. Also I was wondering If anyone might know wether it is a one or two piece rear main seal, as mine is leaking and it needs to be replaced. (fullsize four door, four wheel drive 4.3L Vortech)

Count the number of wires that are hooked up. U have 8 for speakers, 3 for power, maybe one for illumination and maybe one for security. So if you have at least 11 hooked up I would say your internal amp is gone.

On the rear main. Did you look it up at a parts store website? Most of the time if they have more then one choice they will tell you what you need to know. Maybe a vin number or something like that.

The rear main on mine was one piece...try rockauto.com
i put in the felpro one..very nice ....i only changed mine because i had the tranny out.
i thought mine was leaking but it was actually the rear of the oil pan gasket.
My original main seal had 234k on it and lookes fine.

Thanks. My blazer is leaking out of pretty much anywhere. I bought it with 245,000 k on it. I just replaced the heater core also as that was leaking REALLY badly(so much in fact that I went through a full jug of coolant in a week!) I recently had all the fluids flushed, unclogging all my leaks and now its just pouring out of everywhere.
