It just speeds everything up..there is 2 on today's posts that i have no idea what year they are having isses with.

Easier to ask to edit sigs to include it but I agree. Don't know why this is in the bubble body section tho

2nd gen is pretty easy to guess....its going to be a 4.3 with the spider injection,4l60 trans or 5 speed. 1st gen gets tricky as it can be 4 cylinder,2.8 carb,2.8 tbi,4.3 tbi.or 4.3 cpi.
