Default Sticky floor shifter

Got the floor shifter. It's really starting to get tuff to shift into different drives. Is replacing that unit tuff to do? Anything to watch out for? Where is a good place to get a replacement unit. ThanKs.

Try disconnecting the cable at the transmission to see if it is something in the transmission or in the cable. You can then pull the center console apart and disconnect the cable at the shifter and do the same test. If it turns out to be the cable, you can try to free it up with some penetrating oil.
