Question Strange Noise Help

I have had a "tick tick tick" noise for about 2 months now, that I have been living with. It seems to be there in 2/4wd and coasting down around 20ish. Its not too noticable so it hasn't bothered me.

The noise that actually bothers me currently is slowing down in the 2/4wd 30-20mph range, I get a loud "womp womp womp". Its very noticable just coasting down and i know I can hear it with light brake pressure too. It seems to get quieter though if I'm turning slightly to one side.

I can generally fix it once I'm told what it is, I'm just terrible at diagnosing sounds.

Its a 98 4wd blazer with 135k on it, and has/had all of the common blazer issues, and I do mean ALL.

The higher speed noise sounds like it could either be abnormally worn tires (saw tooth wear pattern) or a wheel bearing.

I'll have to think on the ticking noise...
