Default Stubborn Crank, No Start

Sold my 99 blazer 4x4 195k miles to a friend last year and it ran great. He jumped in it recently and it would just crank and not start. Had it towed to a garage where they did nothing but jump in and hit the key and it took right off so he picked it back up. Now its doing the same thing so back it went. They said they changed the crank sensor and cam sensor in the dist. No luck so they gave up and it ended up back at my place. I checked all the fuses and connections and grounds. My fuel pressure gauge leaks but it did shoot up to 60. I happened to have a new ignition switch, put it in and it changed nothing. I grabbed my brothers 99 Blazer that does run and swapped ECM just to see, still nothing. I am not getting 12v to the pink wire at the coil. I did happen to notice that when I hit the key in my brothers blazer the gauges move, but not in the non runner. Thought I would post this while I do more wiring research. Thanks for any help

Is it now no crank full time or still intermitent? With key on no attempt to crank do you hear the fuel pump for a few seconds and does the dash respond?

If the security system fails it will shut off fuel and not start. You said replaced ignition, did you do the time wasting relearn key on routine for the security?

It wont start at all still. Fuel pump is running I have adequate pressure. The plugs look dry like the injectors arent going. From what I read on the security relearn its only when the light is solid not flashing. I tried it anyway it never stopped flashing or went out and stayed out like its supposed to

So it’s crank, no start? Do you have 1” of strong blue spark at the plugs?

The engine will turn over every time without fail. It will not start. No spark, no 12v on the pink wire at the coil, has fuel pressure, but doesnt seem to be cycling the injectors

Coil, ICM, CKP, and injectors are all powered through the ECM1 fuse in the underhood fuse box. Is this fuse good? If it is, do you have +12V at this fuse in the START & RUN key positions?
