Stuck in 4-wheel low, desperate for help after trying things for weeks!

IT WAS THE ATC FUSE!!! That was what caused the whole thing to be disfunctional. I didn't know which fuses were related so I just looked from the side with a light and this one looked fine until I pulled it.

I now have 4 spare TCCMs and 2 spare switches and an ODB-II diagnostic scanner if anybody needs any of them. I also have a 1998 TCCM. I'm just looking to get my $ back on those.
