surging vibration on e- way

here goes,its a 1997 4dr 4x4.last two weeks ive been driving the e- way to work for 31 miles each way,what im noticing is a vibration somewhere in the drive train i think,as i get on the e-way accelerating i feel a bit of vibration then 50 mph its alittle more then i lock my cruise on 75 and what i feel is a surging vibration on and off within seconds of one another,when i bought the truck i noticed it, and jacked up the rear end and it had a bent drivers side axcel,the tire was wobbling put a knew axcel in and no more wobble but the vibration it still there,what else can i check out?im no mechanic but for some reason im leaning towards a rear end.thanx for reading and any help is greatly appreciated

Have you checked the u-joints? Are all 4 wheels balanced properly? Has the balance on the wheels been checked?

thank you for your response, i did both rear u joints but not the front and both sets of tires winter and summer have been balanced and both sets do the same thing do you think its possible that the front u joints could this surging vibration? thank you very much and wish you all a happy new year

Did you mark the yoke orientations prior to pulling things apart?
My father failed to do so on the rear driveshaft on his '04 K2500HD that he disassembled for me to later reassemble. If the front slip yoke to axle shaft orientation and/or driveshaft to rear pinion yoke orientations are not kept the same, it can cause a vibration. His has very much the same vibration. It ended up trashing the rear output bushing in the back of the t-case so you'll want to be sure to get it fixed.

thank you so much ill check into that,i also for got to mention i put a knew rear pinion seal in it and put the yoke back in the way i took it out i thought,i guess it could be 180 out maybe.
