Default hesitating then surging now SES light

About a month ago my blazer started hesitating, I cleaned out the egr valve and replaced air filter and fuel filter. It ran ok for a couple of days then it started surging. The hesitating and surging only happened between 40-50 mph and when it was warm. Today I took it for a drive and the SES light came on and it was idling really bad. I have a 1993 s10 blazer with 158 k miles. It has the vortec v6. Any help would be appreciated.

Do you notice the light comming on more often in certain conditions? Like highway driving or stop and go driving?

It doesn't seem to do it in the morning or before it warms up. Once warmed up it will hesitate on take off and surge while cruising above 40 mph. Once I get to 50 mph it seems to go away. If I drive it for more than 5 minutes the SES light comes on. I pulled out the EGR and it was stuck halfways but I cleaned it again and same problem. I checked all spark plug wires but did not check spark plugs. I did notice what seemed to be a crack in the hose from pcv to throttle body and I repaired that but still no fix. Have not cleaned MAF yet I will give that a try and replace the spark plugs. Should I use AC delco Rapid fires or just Standard ac delco plugs?
