Default Tail light problem on 04 Blazer

I don't know if anyone has run into this issue, but any ideas on what the problem is would be greatly appreciated. Driver side brake light isn't working and I also noticed that my reverse lights on both sides aren't working as well. My guess is that it's a fuse, but which fuse? Any ideas?

If the passenger side brake light is working, then its not the fuse. Not sure if the reverse lights are on the same fuse or not, do not have a good electrical diagram to check.
Suggest pulling one of the reverse bulbs and checking for voltage as the first step.
