Default tbi question?

What's involved in removing the throttle body on a 4.3 ? Today I sprayed some TBI cleaner in it as directed and wiped out the base of the body and the carbon was loaded in there, I mean loaded, so I was thinking to remove the whole unit and clean it thoroughly. The truck runs new, but, I want to get this crap out and maybe it will run even better, with a 100k on the clock, any suggestions?
