Exclamation Tensioner Wheel Bolt Sheared Off!

Hey guys, was changing the alternator on a 2000 blazer yesterday and accidentally sheared off the bolt holding on the belt tensioner. It still holds tension, and works alright, however part of the bolt is still stuck inside of the the wheel/the aluminum block it is mounted to. Any ideas on how to fix it or get it out? I'm hoping I don't have to replace the entire aluminum piece that the alternator, etc. is mounted to. I really need this fixed FAST!

Do you have access to a bolt removal kit?
It basically taps into the bolt and the bit has a reveresed path on it...hopefully i am explaining it right.

Thanks guys! I don't have access to a welder here, but I can probably find a bolt removal kit somewhere!

That or a bolt remover. Good luck tho. Can be a pain. I hate when that happens at work.

Drill bit and an easy out. Should do the trick.
