Alright so i've got a problem here, my driver window, only my driver window is stuck up. All of the other windows work properly. This happened to me a month or so ago and it got stuck down instead of up. i kept on playing with the switch pushing it up and down and wiggling the connectors on the bottom of the switch and after about an hour of messing with it it started working again. This has happened before about a year ago to my Grandma when it was hers. Also today this happened and about 5 hours later after fixing my CV joint I took the car for a test drive and the window worked. A couple of my friends have also told me that this is a common occurrence on their Blazers so it must be a electronic fault somewhere in the wiring I guess? Does anybody know any way to fix this so it wont happen to me. There were so many threads on power windows that I didn't know what to look for, if someone has any knowledge of how to fix this it would be greatly appreciated. I'd do a nice write up of how to fix the problem if i knew how to fix it. Thanks.

 

I hit the motor with a screw driver like it said in a different thread and it started working this is just a temporary fix though I would like to find a permanent fix. nice to know in an emergency though.
