Default throttle body question

I have a 2002 blazer with the standard 4.3 engine. On the left side of the throttle body there is a torx screw, does anyone know how to adjust this screw. It doesnt seem to have anything to do with engine idle as the computer does that. I believe that it is for the cold high idle adjustment but need to be sure and also what should the cold high idle be? Thanks.

That torq screw will adjust your idle. But if you adjust it the service engine soon light will come on settting a high idle code...
