A case learn should have been at most 1 hour worth of labor... And being lowered has NOTHING to do with a case learn what so ever.

yea i know....they charged me for eveytime they tried to realearn it or somethin lol! i could care less tho.
i told the parts guy about the squeek i got and he said "bring it down" im like yea lol!! that will happen!

I would dispute that bill. $480 for 2.5hrs worth of work and no explaination as to what work was done? VERY fishy... Did they actually replace the plugs, etc??
