Default Tips for changing fuel lines?

Hey all,

I was doing an injector replacement on my 01 blazer and when I removed it I foolishly bent the metal fuel lines that go into the upper intake manifold. When I was putting everything back together I spent hours trying to put them back on but I finally gave up and im planning to go to a junkyard and take those parts from another car.
I noticed that these go all the way back to where the distributor cap and rotor are. They are connected a metal plate that has two sized nuts in the back of it(similar to how the fuel filter is connected).
Any tips on how to get these things off?

IIRC, the nuts on the top of the plate don't move. You loosen the nuts below the plate. I've always just used a flare wrench. I don't remember the size off the top of my head though...
