Default Tire Carrier Bushings
2003 Blazer ZR2 4WD - has anyone ever found compatible replacement bushings for the swing-out spare tire carrier? OEM is discontinued by GM.

Yes, there are a few threads on this. If I remember correctly, the solution I liked best was to adapt bronze bushings to the hinges.
