Swing away tire carrier pins and bushings FOUND!
so today i was pulling out of the mcDonalds drivethru which is attached to the wal-mart parking lot and saw a 2nd gen Zr2 with a swing away tire carrier. i followed him to his parking spot (yea kinda creepy i know) and asked if his tire rack clunked around. he said it used to but he replaced the bushing and pins that he got from the dealer. only downfall is, he said they were $170 CND just for the parts.
i have yet to go to the dealership because i had to get to school but i will go and see if they have them still.
if anyone is interested in them let me know. i will have actual price up soon if i can get them!

I'm sure you can find those somewhere other then the dealer. Mark up on those are probably nuts at the dealer.

alright so i went to a local autoparts store and had them search the part number and.... Dealer Item Only. what a p*** off. i asked if i was just that store and she said no, its probably province wide. so i guess im gunna go with 2 bushings for now to see it that helps
