Hey guys new here. Hope this hasn't been covered and i was searching for the wrong thing, but i was woundering if the issues i'm having is caused by the tps? I have no way of testing it the way all my searching has instructed. So i will give the run down on what's going on and see what you guys think.
About a wk or so ago my 95 started taking longer to start up, meaning it took several more cranks then normal. Then it has progrest to very rough idle while stopped and i mean rough( teeth chattering), and as pulling out it hesitates up till it shifts then it will slowly clear up. I changed the iac for giggles since i had one laying around. Still same thing. Well just now as i was tinckering with it i took out the screws to the tps and started it up and slowly moved the tps foward and backwards. Anywhere but where the tps is supposed to be it idels perfect. I don't know if that's a way of determing it is the tps or not so i turn to u guys before i start dumpin money i don't have into this thing.
Thanks in advance.

TEST TEST TEST! If you don't own a multimeter, go pick one up. A few paper clips straightened out and ends smoothed make cheap back-probe tools.

Multimeters are cheap now days. I have a really good one I under the hood, Cost me a whole ten bucks at walmart. I also bought a $4 meter at harbor freight i lend out. that way if it doesnt come back i dont cry about it.

Ok desperate now. Went to advance auto and had my codes pulled. Got iat high circuit, tps low circuit and oxygen reading rich. So replaced tps and iat and nothing, actualy worse now. Checked egr it's been replaced before i got the blazer and they also used the gasket with the screen on it. I'm at a loss and can't afford it anymore it's running so bad now that at a stop u have to hold the gas at 1500 rpm to keep it running while other foots on brake. Costing me 30 bucks a day to drive to work and back home only. I read somewhere that the iac will also cause the problems i'm having and wont always throw a code, true? Oh and chgd the plugs too they was blacker than black it's self which i expected seeing how it's running so rich. Any thoughts? Need fixed asap only vehicle at this time and i'm becoming unable to afford to drive it.

You need to check fuel pressure and leakdown.

broman.. you really arent helping much.
It's natural that folks look at advice in different ways... but here we have a guy who has problems related to sensor voltages and ignores advice to read them. Goes to autozone and doesnt bring back specific codes, only the clerk's interpretation of those codes.
- throwing parts at a problem doesnt do anything but make for frustration.
PLEASE broman... the guy may be right but if you dont write dont the actual codes it's like playing 'Telephone' {child's game showing how messages get twisted}
How the hell are we supposed to know what's going on.
I know you think you're telling everything but that's for us to judge, not you. You can be comforted in that you are far from the worst.. you will open the hood

From the info we now have, I think it's a good bet there is a fuel leak in the upper plenum.
From what you know it''s imperative you get the problem solved soon or quit driving it.
Now what...

Why would checking fuel pressure and leak-down not be a logical next step?

With your attitude I would think getting help will be impossible. Good luck with your problem.
