how are yall doing been awhile sense i been back here, i had bought a 95 blazer about three years ago and had to do an engine swap to it and i got some really good in put from ya folks that helped me out a lot so i got another question. i just got another 95 blazer the other day but the tranny has got some issues, reverse,1st,2nd seem to grab pretty good but once it shifts in to 3rd i got nothing and 4th it tries to grab a bit at about 3000 rpms. now what im asking is in the past usually when tranny goes reverse and everything is slipping or gone. is there a possiblilty a sensor or something is bad or is that something common with these trannys? fig i would see what yall got to say maybe before i go ahead and do a swap on it. any input will be greatly thankful, thank you

 

Sounds like you've lost the 3-4 clutch pack.

i do got another question i got me tranny and transfercase out but un sure how the front drive shaft comes off the transfer case, i know i have seen a thread i thought about that but cant seem to find it atm so if some one could point me in the right derection pls thank you

ok i found that thread i was looking for i just got to pry it i did a little but i was leary of breaking something but now i know i got to pry i past a snap ring.
