Default transfer case front seal

About a month ago my tranny went out in my ZR5 so we pulled it out it turns out the rear seal in the tranny went out and flooded all the fluid into my transfer we just had the tranny rebuilt and the transfer is fine but we need to replace the front seal. Have the new seal just cant get the old one out anybody have any ideas we tried a seal puller, a large socket and hammer to force it out. please respond if you have anything helpfull

I alway use a large prybar to pull the seal out. I use a 3 foot pry bar and it does the trick. Just try not to hit the edges where the seal goes in because it may damage it.

I will typically drive a narrow flat chisel into the outer edge of the seal, with the chisel pointing at a 45* angle towards the input shaft. Once you get a good bite (helps to have a nice sharp chisel), then lower the angle and hit down into the end of the chisel to lift it up and out of the bore.
