transfercase elec shift motor

transfercase elec shift motor
i have a 00 blazer lt 4wd with the 4button dash switch i wondering if i can test the electric motor for transfercase before doing install is there any way to do this so i can eliminate this as a issue i replaced tccm with a used one from junkyard due to the old one being so coroded two of the little pins broke this new one is very clean so hoping it works vacuum is ok actuator is ok the actuator cable is being replaced since its cheap and old one is rough looking thank you for any help it is appreciated greatly
