I checked it with ohm meter 12v. Now what bad solenoid or something else.
I just went to Advanced Auto and bought a shift solenoid, It was only 20 bucks, I got the truck up on stands and working on it right now, getting ready to drop the pan and change out shift solenoid A. To see what happens. Just got it all back together, took it on a test drive about 5 miles NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT, I got first gear back it worked perfect, WHOO HOOO! THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP. Please pass this along to others who are having this problem. THANKS AGAIN.

Inspect the wiring and check the resistance of the solenoid before you button it back up. Might still be wiring.
Oh and please EDIT your posts rather than post consecutively as that is against forum rules. Thanks!

If you have no voltage on the pink wire when the key is either in the OFF, RUN, or START positions and the CLSTR fuse is good, then check for voltage at the CLSTR fuse. If there is none there, then the ignition switch is likely at fault. You could then test for voltage at the smaller red wire in the main connector under the dash. This is fed +12V constant from the IGN C fuse (20A) which feeds the IGN 0 contacts in the ignition switch.
