Well, u are in the right place for help......start with the 1st code stored in memory...generally this is the problem. The other codes are usually a result of the initial problem code.....po0172 rich condition bank 1, it sounds as if u need to do a fuel system pressure test.... there is a link somewhere on the forum for this...the injection system on these trks is notorious for having issues.....goodluck

Your 95 has a transition system from OBDI to OBDII. It is commonly referred to as OBD1.5 and not all scan tools will communicate with it. It is not fully OBDII compliant.
P0172 is a rich condition on bank 1. Your system only has one bank, so the PCM can not narrow it down to a specific bank of the engine, (could be one cylinder, could be all of them are running rich). Connect a fuel pressure tester to the service port near the distributor. Key ON, engine OFF, fuel pump running, pressure must be 55psi to 61psi. It must remain above 50psi for at least 10 minutes after the pump shuts off. Post your results.

From what I experienced and seen here these types of running conditions are all most always from either the fuel pump and or the regulator/spider assembly. It's almost worth it to just go ahead and put new fuel pumps and updated injector spiders in then as a service interval procedure unless it is an 03 or newer.
