Default Trying to figure out what this is

I have a 96 chevy blazer that apparently had an engine fire (before we got it). This tube is all burnt off at one end and we are trying to figure out what is so we can replace it.

this is the tube

this is where it connects

Should you ever find the need to look up other parts, skip going to the aftermarket parts websites (Autozone, Advanced Auto, NAPA, etc.); they'll pretty much always waste your time. Check out Parts.NalleyGMC.com. Their menu structure can be frustrating, but they have schematics that will lead you to the GM part number.

You can probably get it for $.50 at a u-pull it. The one I go to doesn't even charge for little stuff like that.
