Tune Up Questions
Okay I have 96 Blazer w/ the 4.3 powerplant and 193000 miles on her, but she needs a tune up. I have not change the plugs since I have gotten it (83000 miles) and I think I should seafoam it. Should I do anything else?
Plugs, wires, cap, & rotor. Clean the EGR valve and MAF sensor. Install a new gasket on the EGR valve, one with a screened inlet port. Maybe remove and clean the throttle body. Before you do the tune up, do the seafoam.

Check/replace your air filter as well, and a new fuel filter if you haven't recently.
EDIT: Grease up your front end as well! I think these three posts cover a tune up pretty well.
