turn signal/flasher question

turn signal/flasher question
99 blazer w/cruise and intermittent wipers. L/R signals and hazards work normally. L lane change signal (press but don't click in) works normally. R lane change signal flashes fast like I have a burnt out bulb. Works normally when clicked fully in.
Is this a signal (sorry) that the switch or flasher or something is going?
