You likely need to replace the flasher unit itself as they do go bad after a while. It looks like a silver cylinder around an inch or so wide, and will be located either in one of your fuse boxes or somewhere else under the dash depending on the make, model, and year of the truck.
They usually either stick open so the lights don't come on at all. Or stick closed so the lights come on but do not flash.

This unit is the source of the turn signal clicking sound that you would normally hear. So if you can remember about where the sound used to come from on your truck you will have a place to start looking for it.

Perhaps someone with your same year blazer can give an exact location of it on your truck if you have trouble locating it.

Try turning on the hazard lights and see if they flash properly. If they do then the wiring to the lights themselves should be ok. These trucks also tend to have a problem with the multi function switches going bad so yours may end up needing replacement. (check everything else first)

There is also a possibility that the bad flasher has blown a fuse. On my 01 blazer there is a separate fuse for left and right turn signals in the fuse box under the hood. As well as an overall fuse in the fusebox inside the truck. Your year truck may have a similar setup.
