Default Vac Line Routing

When replacing the engine in my 99 Blazer, I notice all of the vac lines could stand replacing.

This has the Auto transfer case (if that matters)

The one I have a question about runs into the driver's side fender well.

I'm sure this hose supplies vac for the heater/ac controls.

Just wonder what route to take to get access to it.

Thanks![sm=thanx.gif]

I think you might have to take the Brake Pressure Modulator Valve off to get to the vacuum tank. I'd try to get to it without removing the valve though.

Thanks for the illustration. I loosened the antilock brake mechanism, but it didn't move enough. Think I may have to remove the windshield washer tank and or the fuse box also.

I tried removing the inner fender, but didn't see any access that way.
