I have a 2000 blazer and my rear wiper does not work. I can hear a buzzing like the motor is trying to kick in. But, no movement at all. Could I have a blown fuse or something. Anything i can do to try to fix it?? thanks.

Try removing the wiper arm and see if the motor is turning. The arm may just be loose on the wiper motor.

Or the gearing could be stripped as well, in which case you would need a new wiper arm or wiper motor bolt. The other thing it could be is that the motor is going bad.
