Default vaccum hose ?

On my 99' blazer theres a spot where it looks like 2 vaccumm hoses need connected. I'm not sure what they go to, but the one has suction and the other does not. I have these pictures if it helps or if not I can take more. The connection? is in the drivers side engine compartment just in front of the firewall fire wall. Any help as to what these are for and if I should connect them would be much obliged.

That yellowed plastic T should connect into the other line that you have tape over. The other end of the T should go into the vacuum reservoir that is located in the driver side fender in that general area. I would replace those cracked vacuum lines first though.

10-4 I appreciate your quick response. Thank you I intend on replacing the hoses. Could you tell me what this connection is for. I believe to be for the 4 wheel drive but i'm not 100% sure

Your front axle engagement and most of the doors/etc in the HVAC system is powered by vacuum actuators.
