Vacuum Actuator To Weak

Hi, my blazer 95 has a new vacuum actuator. it worked for few days now it is to weak to put on the 4 x4 in the front axe. It works but to weak?
What can I do ? What have I to check?
Please help me.

check your new accuator for possible tears, cuts, etc.
check your vac lines. after 15 years dry rot should have eatten a few.
check the connections where you hooked up said lines. if you re-used old lines, they may be too old to 'stretch' correctly. Now you have limp connections and vac leaks.
that should get you started anyway.

They vac lines looked like new. where is the pump? or has the blazer a pump to produce the vacuum?
soory for my english, I am from Germany and for a work and travel Visa here in Canada.
bought the blazer and I like it very much.
so please help me.

Vacuum is supplied by the engine. You can test the vacuum supply by connecting a vacuum gauge to the line at the actuator with the transfer case in 4wd. Note the reading and then connect the gauge to a vacuum port on the engine. There should be very little difference between the two readings.
