Default Valve Slap?

Ok the specs: 01 Blazer LT 4X4 with roughly 124,000 miles. Question is what can be done about "valve slap"? I started my truck this morning after it sat all weekend. The valves sounded like they were slapping pretty dry. I shut it down and checked the oil (even though I know it is full). Yep, full of oil. No visible leaks. Started it up and let run for a few minutes. It lessened but was still there. I live in a townhouse development so by the time I got to the entrance (1/2 mile away) it was pretty much gone. I watched the oil pressure and it is right smack dab in the middle as usual. It has done this once before and again I think it sat all weekend because we use my wife's car. So is it time to have the valves adjusted or a valve job? Thanks in advance for the advice.

Default

I would first try some Auto-Rx and then some Sea Foam, if necessary.
