Default very slight misfire

I've successfully brought by 98 blazer back to life; replaced fuel pump, filter, kinked fuel lines, distributor cap, rotor, wires, plugs, ignition coil, and IAC valve. The motor while idling hits a rough patch every now and then and i took it to advanced auto and they scanned it and got the random engine misfire. I did some digging and saw that vacuume lines may be compramised but I have no idea what lines/wires are they so I can check'em. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated!

PS: from reading other posts it looks like I may want to check my distributor rotor, but would that be advisable since the problem isn't that bad?
