Default Washer Fluid Hose Fitting Replacement?

Does anyone know where to get one of these rubber fittings for the washer fluid supply line? Or even what it's called. Had no luck at Amazon, Napa, AutoZone so far.

In case it's not clear, the photo shows the underside of the hood on the driver side. Left side goes to pasenger side wiper, right side goes to the washer fluid reservoir, and the zip tie was a failed attempt to keep the supply line from popping out of the dry-rotted fitting all the time. Supply line has fallen out and is flopping around in the engine compartment below.

I need the L-shaped one for the passenger side too, so even replacing the entire hose is possibility if I can find the name/part number.

Plan B is to just try gluing the hose into the existing fittings with clear silicone and seeing if it holds, but I'm slightly concerned I could wind up clogging the line/nozzle.

Those are the same rubber fittings used on vacuum lines. Washer fluid isn't high pressure or corrosive. Vacuum fittings will work.

Like this?

Do you know the dimensions of the line? Sorry to ask what must seem like an increasingly stupid question, but all my local places only seem to have the hard plastic fittings and I think I'll have to order so I want to get the right one.
