Sorry I need to know, what the heck is "Disc Quieter". Is it a lubricant you put on the spring steel clips that hold the pads in the calipers. Maybe theres just a little cast imperfection on the new caliper and you could hit with a file. Take the pads off and see if there are any shiny spots on the calipers. Some gun blue and bite down and grind like the dentist says with a filling.
Could the rotor have gotten some oily finger prints on them and caught a quick heat glaze. Some brake cleaner and light sanding on the rotors and pads?

Its not a lubricating material.
Its simply some material you squeeze on and put it on your brake pads where its makes contact with caliper. It drys on hard and holds the brake pads in place.Even with hard ware replacement I still use it.When I worked on peoples cars for a living I used it on every brake job I did.I didnt want anyone bring their vehicle back to me saying their brakes are making a noise. The clicking noise you decribe seems to me you have a caliper thats not opening or closing properly when braking.question since I dont remember that far back Did you replace the rubber seals on the caliper where the bolt/s go through.
