Mine is a 99. I guess ours is a little different then, but glad to hear you got it off. It will be MUCH easier putting everything back together. Also, if you ever go to take the fan off again it won't be as hard.

 

Alright, I finally got it done. The only thing is my fan does not thread on, it's bolted onto the pulley. Maybe they changed the design on the 96, because it was pretty easy to get it off, just had to remove the 4 half inch bolts. The hardest part was getting the stupid pump lined up without messing up the gaskets. Anyways thanks everyone for your help.
