Have you done you lower intake gaskets? I was getting constant misfires until I did mine. What about the rest of the ignition system? When was the last time it was done? Have you done a compression and/or leakdown test? Results?

my intake gaskets were replaced in 2003 or 2004 by the dealer when the replaced the entire long block assembly with a delco replacement. however i do smell coolant when i walk buy the fron of the truck so i may have to re-do the intake gaskets. antifreeze over a long period of time is also missing, but it takes time for it to go down. my truck is a 1995. so far i replaced the following:
new Jegs cap & rotor kit
new Jegs brand 8.5 super conductor spark plug wires
new Bosch platinum +2's spark plugs
new Jegs brand ignition coil
new A/C Delco brand PCV valve
new A/C Delco brand dist. gear, washer, tang washer, roll pin
tried a new cam sensor for 5 minutes but no change in the way it ran

i have not tried a compression check or leak down test yet. but i guess i need to. my engine light is off and does not detect any misfires. the misfire happens during light acceleration and cruising at 1500 to 2000 RPM the engine would missfire. The missfire would clear when I would accelerate. no codes though because i have OBD1....the only pendings showed were p1100 and p700, but i think they are for your tranny.

The first thing I would do is dump those Bosch plugs. Then take a look at your other thread.
