on the back side of the upper intake plenium the vacuum hose plugs onto the driver side that goes to the brake booster but on the passenger side there is another thing that comes out. it looks like a vacuum hose would plug into it does anybody know what goes to it or is it just plugged off with a cap.

oops i thought i put that its a 1995 blazer 4wheel drive with 4.3l v-6 CMFI, the one that says vortec on the intake

 

ok i got the same truck and what is shows on mine is there should be a black ball looking thing on the hood on the driver side with a small hose comming off it that hose connects to that passenger side back intake nipple i hope that this is what you were looking for and answers your question
