Default What is a good quality inexpensive MAP sensor

Need a MAP sensor and have bought two that have proven to be junk. The ACdelco MAP sensor is 80 bucks and was wondering if there is a brand that people on here could recommend that has proven to be good and reliable.

If the ACDleco is my only option for a quality sensor I will go that route but just wondering if there is a alternative.

MAP sensors are not a common problem on these engines. What symptoms and DTC's are you experiencing, and what have you done to determine the MAP sensor is the cause?

The original I popped it when I pressure washed the upper intake and thought I could be careful enough not get close to it but I was wrong.

The second one was bad right from the start readings was way off and car ran like crap.

The third has worked for almost a year and now the check engine light is on with a MAP sensor code.

I have 4.85v on the ref wire
I have a good ground on the ground wire.
The return wire is not shorted or open.

My scope shows the voltage way low but it does move some when you apply vacuum.

The MAP sensor was like 10 bucks so I guess you get was you pay for.

I just don't want to pay 80 for a factory one if I can get a decent one that works fine for 20 or 30.

Might take a wander through a boneyard and find an AC Delco for cheap. The seal is one time use, (can not reuse them) and the dealer has them.
