What is the name of the piece in the image that is circled and is this a dealer only item? Mine is broke and trying to track one down.

Junk yard is just about the only place but don't freight there's a bunch of blazers there. I looked all over town and had to go to the junk yard,and it seemed like no one new what I was talking about.

DOH, Junk yards I tend to forget about them since the only one in my immediate area is almost as expensive as retail for everything. But have some over in the next county.
