Default Part number/Name Help?

So have an 04 Blazer with the glass that opens up and a tailgate that comes down. My question is one of the air support things comes off, and i can clip it back on. But it has like a small c-clap kinda thing. Ripped my hands apart trying to push it back to tight. Was wondering if I could pick these up at chevy, and if so does anyone know part # or name. Thanks in advance.

Don't know the acutal name, but take one with you. On the way to the Chevy house, stop at an auto parts store and show it to them. They may have exactly what you need cheaper than Chevy. If they don't have one, proceed to the dealership and get it. If you don't have one with you, I'll bet the dealer's parts department will know what you're talking about.

The clips you are referring to come on a new strut. Have you tried removing the strut and trying to reassemble it off of the vehicle, maybe with the aid of a set of plyers...?
