what is this? pic.

hi, i'm a total newb at auto stuff. does anybody know what this is, there is 2 of them on the frame just inside front wheels, could that be why my blazer is squeeling bad?

those look like body mounts/bushings. But im no expert!

Those are suspension bumpers, aka bump-stops.

Agree'd, those were bumpstops at one point, but they're pretty deteriorated.
