What does "semi-loaded" mean?

Is that like a "loaded" baked potato? But this is only semi-loaded so it's missing the cheese or bacon bits?

Semi-loaded means its just the caliper and hardware.

Loaded means its the pads, caliper and harware

Unloaded means its just the caliper

at one time places were selling "loaded" calipers
they included new hardware as well as new pads
not sure if anyone sells them that way anymore
