What should you torque your wiper arm at?

Default What should you torque your wiper arm at?

I have a 2003 Chevy Blazer amf wondering what you should torque your wiper arm at?

I am sure there is an inch pound torque number in a book somewhere... my method is just to snug them down while "feeling" the torque with my thumb and forefinger. In other words... it's not much.

Being that the splines form in the arm I went pretty tight.
