A is a gear removal tool it won't work
B or C will remove the steering wheel
But B has the wheel lock plate removal tool too

I've had my wheel off a dozen times, I've never used a puller...

Break the nut loose and loosen it until it's flush with the end of the threaded shaft of the column. Then while sitting in the driver's seat, beat your fist against the steering wheel in a forward motion, working your way around the wheel. Start at the 12:00 position, then the 6:00 position, then the 9:00 position, then the 3:00 position. After doing that a few times, gab the wheel at the 9:00 and 3:00 position firmly and pull hard back towards you while wiggling the wheel from side to side at the same time. When it breaks loose, you'll be glad you left the nut threaded on loosely lol. This method has worked for me 100% of the time.
