Default what are these plugs?

i cant find anything online, i dont know if my research skills just suck, or if nobody knows. there are 2 connectors mounted via one of the push in plastic body clips on the inner wall of the headlight mounting panel. there is one of these per side, they are mounted behind the headlights in that general vacinity, both sides are identical. they have a neon green cap on them and they dont seem to be serving any purpose there. if you have a factory air intake box you may not be able to see it, it is mounted to the header panel under the intake box. the one on the other side is hard to see, you have to look through some holes in the panel with a flash light but its there. frustrated with searching online for wiring diagrams and pictures or websites, i cant figure it out. anyone with a 2nd gen know what these are? assuming you have them too.

They are called splice packs. Typically used for grouping multiple grounds together.
