Where can I get a hold of this stuff?

Hi. I was just wondering if anyone knew where I could get these items:

1) Flat throttle Blade Butterfly (basically the diffuser removal mod, without having to "mod" anything - I'd like to just buy a nice new one)
2) Vararam VR Velocity Stack (for 2003 Blazer)
3) EGR limiter
4) March Power and Amp Series underdrive pullies

and lastly... does anyone know anything about the IAT Relocation Mod?

Summitracing.com and truckperformance might have the pullies but the others I am not sure.

Where does that velocity stack go and is it easy to install. How about that high flow blade is that easy to install. Has anyone heard anything about these products good or bad?

Seems like it just sets in the throttle body. Doesn't look like it would make too much of a difference performance-wise...
