where is the day light running lights control module located on a 2000 blazer?

sort of.I lost both high and lo beam and a mechanic I know said that the daytime running light module could be the problem.he said if I unhooked it that if it was the problem my lights would work.right now for some reason I do not have a ground on my headlights.both the live and ground wires are putting out 12 volts.light switch is good,multi function switch is good,relay is good and fuses are good.
