Default Where to start electrical

I have a 2000 4dr Blazer LT.

I went away for the weekend came back to find my doors unlocked rear hatch window open and a dead battery. It was not driven by anyone else. Jumped it it was fine.

All three brake lights were on when i was outside the vehicle. That problem stopped. Now only the right rear blinker fuse pops instantly when turned on and same with the left rear parking light. The locks kept going off when driving also the rear hatch window. That also stopped. The 3a under the hood and 15a inside were blown. Replaced the 3a and 15a fuse. The 3a keeps blowing as well. The windows don't work and the seats don't either, but the lumbar works. The far rear dome light stays on. Also one time had the key out after driving and the radio remained on even with the door open.

I have been disconnecting the battery every time now just so i don't get stranded.

So far i have checked every fuse, pulled the viper alarm out that i didn't know was there (I don't trust wiring done previously to me). Pulled the bottom plastics down on the inside and inspected the wires, found nothing.

Im leaving to go over seas in a couple weeks and don't want my family to get stuck in the cold. Any ideas where to start?
