Just my .02
everybody that I know with a suburban and blazer have had this problem except me. so there must be some truth in it

I'm sure the Cadillac does get better mileage per tank, and I'm sure mpgs, but the amount of miles per tank really doesn't matter as most different kinds of vehicles have a different tank capacity. So you should check the mpg's instead of just going off a vehicles miles per tank.

About the fuel pump, how many people do you actually know with Blazers and Suburbans in which every one of them run their SUV to empty every time and every one of them has had their fuel pump go out? Just curious about actual numbers lol. I have heard of that happening, but in older 1st gens and other older vehicles as said before.

I live in the hood. Everybody drives on Edward. they get gas when there is 2 drops left and then it only 10.00 worth of gas that they get. I know lots of people with those trucks too. I give them the same advice that was given to me, the only difference is they ignored the advice and their vehicles are newer than mine

before the motor change the Cadillac didn't have better mileage

Default it annoying that Im Canadian so I'd have to convert

We have liters (pints?) if gas here and drive in Kilometers instead of miles... (have to have tools in both imp. and metric too) and they go by L / 100K insted of Mi / gal. Canadian and US gallons are way different too . 4.2L / 3.5L

I fixed a leaky fuel pressure regulator and thought I'd get better fuel economy, not worse, probly leaky cpi injectors

Driving:
94 Jimmy w/ 297,000 Km
get 350 km from 66 liter($77.50)
